Victoria's Secret Welcomes New Angel Alexina Graham

After making her stunning runway debut at Victoria’s Secret show in Shanghai two years ago, British model Alexina Graham can now add “Victoria’s Secret Angel” in her resume! 

Yes, the New York-based British beauty has just been announced as the lingerie brand’s newest addition into its stable of fine, glamorous angels. 

Born and raised in Nottinghamshire, Graham studied ballet as a child when she was six years old. Through dancing, Graham learned how to move her limbs, looking elegant and understand how to be shot in front of a camera and made a connection with it – which are also the fundamentals of modelling. 

At the age of 15, she participated in a theatre group and sang in the public. Her official foray into modelling industry began in 2009 when she was cast as one of the faces in a spring/summer 2009 advertising campaign for British fashion maison, Burberry. The fashion industry was smitten by her charm and her effortless beauty, thus opening more doors to other opportunities.

From New York to Milan, Graham began working with a slew of top notch names in the fashion industry such as MaxMara, Brandon Maxwell, Balmain, Jean Paul Gaultier, Giorgio Armani, and Zimmerman. 

Apart from runway shows, she also has been lensed for various fashion editorials and renowned photographers such as Daniel Jackson, Russell James, Mariano Vivanco, Ellen von Unwerth, Walter Chin, Tung Walsh, Victor Demarchelier and Sofia Sanchez to name a few.

Shanghai debut aside, Graham also made her appearance once again on Victoria’s Secret 2018 runway show in New York and was featured in the brand’s advertising campaign, shot by Russell James and Jerome Duran. 

Though modelling may be her main focus at the moment, Graham still find pleasure in dancing and singing.
