Berlin Film Festival celebrate #StarsInBulgari

Berlin was immersed in glitter as Germany’s glamorous and gorgeous lot came together to be feted by Italy’s contemporary jeweller Bulgari. Richesse was the order of soiree, held to herald and celebrate the beginning of Berlin Film Festival.

With brightly lit Bulgari marquee and red curtains emulating a scene in the theatre, renowned German glitterati straddled into the party venue, bedecked in magnificent Bulgari creations. 

Bulgari’s brand ambassadors Princess Lilly zu Sayn Witgenstein-Berleburg and Emilia Schüle were seen dripping in fine jewels by Bulgari.

To match the intricate high jewellery baubles, Emilia wore a 60s-nunaced A-line dress peppered with metallic pailettes and pearls. On the other hand, befitting her royal status, the statuesque Princess Lilly complemented her dazzling jewellery with richly embellished pantsuit.

Joining the Bavarian princess and Emilia were a slew of notable names in Europe and global entertainment and art industry such as actor Daniel Brühl, whose prolific acting resume includes a breakthrough stint as former racing legend Niki Lauda in “Rush” alongside Chris Hemsworth, Toni Garrn, Oliver Masucci and world’s famous photographer Ellen von Unwerth who showed up at the event in her signature, Mad Hatter-esque velvety pantsuit. 

As light flashes from the snaps of photographer’s cameras, guests partied to the sounds spun by actor and DJ Lars Eidinger and Bonnie.

For many years, the spectacular of Bulgari jewellery, timepieces and accessories are often linked to the splendour of the silver screen. 

From Hollywood to Cannes, a slew of high profile celebrities have been seen pictured in high jewellery pieces that are not only iconic but also made to match those beautiful couture confections.

Besides its legendary fan, the late Elizabeth Taylor, of late, the decadent yet timeless jewels of Bulgari has been seen on modern-day silver screen goddesses such as Naomi Watts, Julianne Moore (also the face of the brand not too long ago) and more recently, Charlize Theron.
