Shanghai and Balmain: Victoria's Secret Reveals Double Surprises!

This November, all fashionistas’ gaze will shift to China and the shift comes with two exciting reasons: Victoria’s Secret is staging their legendary runway show in Shanghai and brand too is set to unleash their first ever designer collaboration with Parisian maison Balmain Paris!

A historical not-to-be-missed event in the history of pop culture, the mega fashion production ― the first of its kind to be held in China and particularly, Asia ― will include pink carpet interviews, model profiles, and behind-the-scenes look at the making of the show and musical performances that will be announced at a later date.

But of course, the highlight of the Shanghai show nonetheless will be the historic return of iconic Victoria’s Secret angels to the stage. Look forward to the dazzling appearance of Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Candice Swanepoel, Lily Aldridge, Elsa Hosk, Jasmine Tookes, Josephine Skriver, Lais Ribeiro, Martha Hunt, Romee Strijd, Sara Sampaio, Stella Maxwell and Taylor Hill, sashaying down the runway in to-die-for lingerie and accessories. Moreover, the supermodels will also be flanked by a coterie of new faces of the brand.

Speaking of collection, as mentioned in the opening paragraph above, Victoria’s Secret is also proud to announce the unveiling of its first ever designer collaboration collection. 

The VS x  BALMAIN collection, designed by Balmain’s Olivier Rousteing, builds upon the maison’s well-known couture legacy and reflects the way how women desire to dress today.

What’s more, the looks are imbued with sexy modern silhouettes that the label is known for whilst incorporating Balmain’s instantly recognisable style identity. 

What’s more, Rousteing also has created a section in the fashion show and the exclusive VS x BALMAIN collection will be sold inselect Victoria’s Secret stores as well as on VictoriasSecret.com from 29^th November 2017.
