Marc Márquez and Pull & Bear Collaborates for Second Collection

For the uninitiated, Marc Márquez is a 24-year old Spanish MotoGP rider from Cervera in Spain. Currently riding for the Repsol Honda team, his first podium win garnered when he was just 15 has catapulted him to international fame. 

In fact, he is the youngest athlete in the history of MotoGP to have won the championship in the main category for three times in a row, beating the record that until then was held by Freddie Spencer.

Now back to the collection. Already in its second round, the collaboration collection between the Spanish fashion label and the five-time MotoGP champion for this season features more contemporary approach with references coming from motosports as well as from the other fields of pop culture.

Taking motivation, strength and chasing dream as the theme of the collection, there’s something for both boys and girls. Black and white serving as the main working palette, spiced up with a touch of grey and a twist of pink for the fairer sex. 

Graphic elements alluding to the fast-moving sport such as checkerboard prints inspired by the racetrack finish line flags plus images from some of Márquez’s prominent yet memorable races peppered the exclusive line of t-shirts and sweatshirts.

A hint of personal touch by the racer himself appears in form of a selection of personal icons, ranging from his lucky racing number 93, messages in large typography to a slew of racing pictures.
