Adidas and N*E*R*D Releases Collaboration Collection

After close to seven years of hiatus, Hip-Hop/R&B trio N*E*R*D is back in business. Not only they’ve just released a new single last week entitled “Lemon” featuring guest verse by Rihanna but also a new fashion collaboration with Adidas.

The trio, comprising Pharrell Williams, Chad Hugo and Shay Haley, has been known for more than just music – their distinctive sense of style too has caught the attention of fashion editors and critics all over the world. Furthermore, prior to this collaboration, Pharrell too has been working with Adidas on its Superstar collection that debuted to tremendous response not long ago.

Known as Adidas by N*E*R*D Training Gear performance collection, the collection, which is already available globally today, transforms performance apparel and accessories into a celebration of a vision that connects people through energy, music and colour. 

It brings to life a united identity for the collective. Central to the collection is an exclusive all-over camo print that is inspired by the pattern in people, created by renowned Korean graphic artiste Buzcha. J. The patterns are executed in eight bold unique colour iterations and they stemmed from a vision that “As human beings, we all have a colour. We look different, we speak different languages, but we’re all connected”.  

There are 88 pieces of comprehensive training and athletic garbs for men and women to choose from such as hoody, shorts, t-shirts, ZNE pants, TECHFIT tights and bras. 

Complementing this exciting collection are the must-have accessories such as the ZNE backpack and classic bonded cap in 11 progressive colourways.

Featured in the music videos and throughout the bands tour, the adidas by N*E*R*D collection translates pure 3-stripes style into the fearless N*E*R*D aesthetic, adding another layer to the sensory universe crafted by Pharrell Williams and his bandmates.
