Bobbi Brown Opens Freestanding Store in Paris

There’s always a time when we would leave home in hurry to catch a flight. 

As we touched down, hailed a cab and being whisked off to our hotel for checking in, we start to unpack the luggage. Alas, there would be one or two missing things in the suitcase or the makeup bag.

Yes, makeup is one of the items that we often overlooked. Albeit it is easier to get replacement in the city you are travelling – unless if you chose to lock yourself in the seclusion of a private island, somewhere in the vast Pacific Ocean, where the nearest Sephora store would be 5,000 miles away – getting your favourite shade or product can be tad hasty as not all countries stock your favourite product.

However, good news for fans of Bobbi Brown — even better if you’re heading to the City of Romance anytime soon: The iconic brand has made its presence as lucid as the meticulously handcut Baccarat crystal vase with the launch of its new freestanding store in Paris!

Located at the Avenue des Ternes in the vicinity of the 17^th Arrondisement, the two-storey store carries a great assortment of Bobbi Brown products. 

What’s more, it’s location too is worth discovering as the Avenue is known as a trendy shopping destination for Parisians – trés perfect for those who want to soak in the fashionable of vibe of the city’s shopping scene, through local perspective.

To celebrate the store’s opening, more than 90 French celebrities, editors, influencers and fans of Bobbi Brown attended the store opening. 

The event opened with welcome remarks from Maureen Case, President of Bobbi Brown Cosmetics and Jo Malone London, who then lead a ribbon-cutting ceremony along with Henk Van Der Mark (General Manager, Estée Lauder Companies France), Marta Prieto (Regional Vice President) and Hervé Bouvier (Vice President of International Market Development).

Paris-based DJ duo Les Jumeaux played Bobbi’s favorite tracks, while guests sipped on colorful cocktails and enjoyed touchups from Bobbi’s team of makeup artists. 

Attendees learned how to achieve flawless natural-looking skin and nude smokey eyes using Bobbi’s newest collections. Guests shared photos of the night’s festivities via social media using the designated hashtag #BBTernes, generating buzz and excitement surrounding the store opening. 

At the end of the night, guests were gifted a customised “J’aime le 17ème” tote bag filled with iconic Bobbi products, plus an invitation for a complimentary Makeup Lesson at the new store.
